GREGORY E. WOLSKI, CPA is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. Greg retired in June 2019 from Ernst & Young LLP. Greg was a partner in EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice and has over 40 years of experience in due diligence, litigation, accounting and auditing and other advisory services. He served as the firm’s global practice leader for the Transaction Forensics practice (including purchase price disputes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-bribery/anti-corruption due diligence, private equity anti-corruption compliance, transaction fraud and forensic due diligence). Greg also served as the Global Sector leader for all forensic services provided to private equity firms.
Greg specializes in the distribution and manufacturing industries focusing on accounting and financial issues and disputes including inventory, contract accounting and pricing, environmental costs and expenses, project management, purchase price disputes and financial statement accounting practices and procedures.
Greg has served as an independent arbitrator or as an expert on over 500 mergers and acquisitions matters. He has also served as a technical consultant and independent partner on accounting and financial reporting issues, due diligence issues and litigation and advisory services issues for public and private clients of EY. Greg has managed over 400 FCPA and anti-bribery/anti-corruption due diligence engagements on behalf of strategic and private equity clients in over 75 countries involving targets in varied industries.
Greg has been a frequent speaker on accounting and mergers and acquisitions topics and has authored numerous articles on mitigating M&A disputes, forensic due diligence and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and anti-corruption due diligence.

TODD ANTONELLI is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. He is a leading financial strategic advisor to companies, with more than 35 years of global experience delivering, facilitating, and leading successful consulting practices and solutions.
Mr. Antonelli advises clients in various industries across the globe. He has significant experience working on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with large technology clients. This includes assessing the market before, during and after transactions, identifying and comparing alternative products or softwares, and analyzing competitors while advising on potential acquisitions or sales from planning to execution to transformation.
Mr. Antonelli has extensive knowledge and experience advising investors, boards, CEOs, and their leadership teams on strategic business combination engagements, including complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, business restructurings, initial public offerings, and privatization work. He has offered multifaceted advice from target identification to transaction due diligence to transition assistance to transformation execution for companies in numerous industries. His management consulting engagements have focused on delivering large-scale engagements involving critical management consulting disciplines such as change management, strategy development, and industry and competitor analysis.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Antonelli was a Managing Principal at the Griffing Group and a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group. He was also the Founder and President of Antonelli LLC, and worked in various roles at CSC, Mercer, SolomonEdwardsGroup, Huron Consulting Group, Andersen Business Consulting, and Price Waterhouse Management Consulting, among others.
DANNIEL J. BAER, CPA, ABV, CFA, is a Partner at Floyd Advisory, where he leads the Valuation Practice. Throughout his career, Mr. Baer has developed an expertise in the areas of valuation and economic damages. His work includes both commercial damages (e.g., shareholder disputes, lost profits, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, representations and warranties insurance claims, etc.) and damages involving individuals (e.g., wrongful terminations, wrongful death, personal injury, etc.). Mr. Baer’s work also includes business valuations for compliance and financial reporting purposes (e.g., goodwill impairment analyses, gift and estate tax valuations, etc.), as well as for strategic purposes (e.g., for buyout negotiations, second opinions, etc.).
Mr. Baer draws from his broad financial and accounting experience. On the consulting side, he has worked with clients in various industries, such as pharmaceutical, medical, manufacturing, financial services, professional services, food and beverage, infrastructure, energy, and technology, among others. Mr. Baer also has experience working on the asset manager side for both equity- and debt-focused private equity firms.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Baer was an Associate at GSO Capital / Blackstone. He previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Riverstone Holdings. Mr. Baer started his career at KPMG, where he gained experience as an Associate in KPMG’s Financial Services Audit division, and subsequently within their Economic and Valuation Services advisory group. Mr. Baer graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting.
JOSEPH J. FLOYD, CPA, JD, is a Partner and Co-Founder of Floyd Advisory. Mr. Floyd, for whom the company is named, has worked with a prestigious, varied list of clients including Global 1000 companies, major law offices, private equity firms and others in need of expert advice and solutions for complex financial reporting, accounting and strategic business matters.
Mr. Floyd has served as an expert witness and testified on accounting and financial issues in the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court in several states and in the trial courts of various states. He has appeared before the Securities and Exchange Commission to outline and analyze facts, practices and principles related to public company financial statement changes.
Prior to forming Floyd Advisory, Mr. Floyd was one of the Founding Managing Directors of Huron Consulting Group. Before his tenure at Huron Consulting Group, he was the Partner in charge of Arthur Andersen’s Financial Consulting practice in New England and an active member of the firm’s regional leadership group.
BRIAN P. LOUGHMAN, CPA, CFF, FCA, is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. He has extensive experience advising outside counsel, executive management and other stakeholders on a wide range of forensic and integrity related matters.
Brian’s clients have included Fortune 500 companies, private entities and various law firms. He has managed numerous investigations and remediation efforts for audit committees, management, trustees and outside counsel. Investigative topics have included accounting fraud and restatement issues; bribery and corruption; trade compliance; and occupational fraud and money laundering. Brian’s experience also includes leading cross-cultural teams investigating and remediating potential corruption violations in Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe. Brian has also testified as an expert witness.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Brian was the Global Markets and Americas Leader for Ernst & Young LLP’s Forensic & Integrity Services practice. He was also a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s Americas Assurance Leadership team. He is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ireland. Brian has spoken extensively on topics including investigative and integrity issues, anti-corruption compliance, and other related issues. He is the co-author of “Bribery and Corruption – Navigating the Global Risks.”
ROBERT LASHWAY, CPA, CFF, ABV is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. Mr. Lashway has significant experience advising executive management, company boards, and their counsel on a range of accounting, financial reporting, business damages, and business valuation matters. Mr. Lashway has worked in a dispute advisory role and performed fraud and financial investigations for clients across numerous industries. Mr. Lashway has also provided testimony as an expert witness in state court, federal court, and in alternative dispute resolution settings.
Examples of Mr. Lashway’s experience in dispute advisory includes post‐M&A disputes (e.g., working capital and earn‐out disputes), commercial disputes, damages analyses, and matters involving the valuation of privately‐held businesses. In fraud and financial investigations, Mr. Lashway has experience with SEC and DOJ investigations of public registrants, internal investigations, white‐collar defense, financial reporting matters, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Lashway has also assisted several SEC‐registrants on large multi‐year financial statement restatements resulting from such investigations.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory LLC, Mr. Lashway was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal in their Dispute Analysis and Forensics group and in the Financial & Economic Consulting practice of Huron Consulting Group. Mr. Lashway started his career in the audit and assurance practice of Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Lashway also volunteers his time and financial skills to several local non-profits including Greater Boston Legal Services, where he serves on its board and finance committee. Mr. Lashway also volunteers at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and serves on various leadership committees in the organization.
LEEANN MANNING, CPA, CFF is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. She has significant experience advising executive management, audit committees, boards of directors and their counsel on a broad range of accounting, finance and business-related issues.
Ms. Manning has assisted legal counsel across a range of industries with business disputes, internal investigations, SEC related matters, white collar defense matters, government inquiries, monitorship and remediation matters, post-acquisition disputes and other forensic accounting assignments. She has presented findings and observations to several government agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Education and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Ms. Manning has also provided testimony as an expert witness and has served as a neutral accountant.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Ms. Manning was a Managing Director in the Forensic and Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton LLP and a Director in the Financial Consulting Practice at Huron Consulting Group. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in the audit/assurance practice.
Ms. Manning serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the Boys and Girls Club of Boston. She has been recognized for her leadership and service by Women We Admire in both 2023 and 2024.
MICHAEL PHILLIPS, CPA, CFF, ABV is the Managing Partner at Floyd Advisory. He brings extensive experience advising executive management, private equity professionals, and counsel on a broad range of accounting and finance issues.
Mr. Phillips has assisted stakeholders with various types of complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including internal accounting investigations, SEC investigations, white-collar defense matters, valuation engagements, large-scale financial reporting restatement projects, and other forensic accounting projects. He has supported executive leadership and legal teams in business disputes, such as damages analyses, intellectual property issues, and M&A disputes. Mr. Phillips has also provided expert witness testimony on various accounting and finance topics and has presented on behalf of his clients to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Phillips was a Senior Director in the Disputes and Investigations Group with Alvarez & Marsal. He also held a leadership role in the finance department for a global software division of a Fortune 100 company. Additionally, he was part of the financial consulting practice of Huron Consulting Group and worked in the audit and disputes consulting practices of Arthur Andersen.

WILLIAM SHEA, CPA, is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. He has an extensive range of experience covering accounting, advisory and investigation services, including post-acquisition and earn-out disputes, royalty audits and other specially-prepared calculation disputes, restatements, forensic accounting, valuation assignments, and special investigations. Mr. Shea also has worked on corporate monitorship engagement teams, focusing on compliance and internal control structures in the aftermath of disruptive events.
He has worked with clients in various industries, including financial services, retail and consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, construction, government and not-for-profits. He has experience working with major law firms, private equity firms, government agencies and executive management. Mr. Shea has also testified in front of a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitration Panel on damages.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Shea was a Senior Consultant with FTI Consulting in their Forensic and Litigation Consulting Practice. He had previously worked within Huron Consulting Group’s Accounting and Financial Consulting Practice. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Shea graduated Cum Laude from the Honors Program at Boston College.
