    Salary Range: $87,000 – $95,000 plus bonus potential

    Note: This is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence as necessitated by client engagements, internal projects, company meetings, and trainings.

    Job Description

    As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with leadership, managers, and peers as a member of one or more client engagement teams and contribute to internal projects and presentations. You will learn new and expand upon existing technical and non-technical skillsets, acquire industry insights and practice knowledge, and develop relationships with colleagues across all levels.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide consulting services on client engagements, including financial modeling and analysis, data management, documentation of workpapers, and support for communication of findings.
    • Gain exposure to clients and develop client relationship skills.
    • Supervise and develop team members and manage projects on client assignments.
    • Create, maintain, and review work product (documents/data).
    • Suggest approaches and solutions related to client assignments.
    • Perform analysis of financial and industry data and prepare workpapers and supporting documentation.
    • Perform thorough self-review and QC of workpapers and supporting documentation.
    • Assist managers/partners in the development of client deliverables.
    • Provide updates on timing and workplan completion to managers/partners.
    • Assist with drafting reports and other client communications.
    • Assist in the preparation of client proposals and internal thought leadership.
    • Seek opportunities in the market to develop personal and firm brand.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to associates and interns, both formally and informally.
    • Build a collaborative environment and promote a positive, engaging team culture.

    Qualifications

    • Two to six years of work experience in an accounting or financial role.
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
    • CPA, CFA, or seeking to obtain CPA or CFA credential.
    • CFF, ABV, CFE, CVA, or seeking to obtain specialized credential.
    • Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting.
    • Ability to conduct GAAP/GAAS research.
    • Ability to perform financial statement analysis.
    • Experienced in an array of fundamental analytical techniques including problem definition, data gathering, and analysis.
    • Ability to understand and conduct detailed analysis of various financial statements including cash flows, balance sheets, and income statements.
    • Proficient in the creation of Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Highly proactive and communicative in a hybrid working environment.
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
