  • Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

    Floyd Advisory is a consulting firm providing financial and accounting expertise in areas of SEC reporting, transaction advisory, investigations and compliance, litigation services, as well as business strategy and valuation. We’re looking for a fun, energetic person to join our Operations Team!

    Position Title: Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

    Position Reports to: CFO & Managing Partner

    Job Summary: The Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the CFO and Managing Partner to manage and improve the quality, productivity and efficiency of our operations and recruiting process.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Productivity Process: Monitor and manage our project pipeline for new leads and engagements. Run conflict checks and oversee job set up process. Lead in coordinating the weekly staffing process with partner/managers.
    • Administration & Related Reporting: Prepare/Distribute operational metrics to Partners including monthly statistics for engagements, leads, and staff utilization. Oversee and quality control check of monthly billing process. Manage and oversee workload for Operations Assistant(s) at each Floyd Advisory office location. Assist and coordinate planning our monthly all employee training sessions including CPE compliance filings. Lead for planning annual offsite company meeting, including hotel, guest speakers and other logistics. Serve as Building Management Liaison for Floyd Advisory Office locations.
    • Recruiting: Work with partners to determine annual and as needed hiring requirements. Leader in drafting and posting job openings. Manage overall candidate experience by providing timely responses, screen applications, coordinate and participate in phone, video, and in-person interviews. Lead our co-op program, attend on and off-campus recruiting events, assign co-op mentors and gather feedback for reviews.
    • Culture & Diversity: Champion and embody our Floyd 5 Guiding Principles as the repository of all things Floyd Advisory by keeping our team engaged, especially in the current remote world. Coordinate and manage various company and team events (team building), volunteering, etc.
    • HR: Lead role in all new hire onboarding and conduct final exit interviews. Involvement in general human resource matters including benefits education and policy management. Stay up to date on employment law changes that could impact our operations. Coordinate, manage and participate in the bi-annual review process.
    • Ad-hoc tasks: Assist with marketing outreach, special projects, etc.

    Qualifications:
    • A degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
    • 5+ years of professional experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and solid knowledge of other Microsoft suite of software products. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
    • Ability to multitask
