LeeAnn Manning

LeeAnn Manning, CPA, CFF is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. She has considerable experience advising executive management, audit committees, and their counsel on a broad range of accounting, finance, and business-related issues.

Ms. Manning has assisted counsel across a range of industry with business disputes, internal investigations, SEC related matters, white collar defense matters, government inquiries and other forensic accounting assignments. She has presented findings and observations to several government agencies including the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Education and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Ms. Manning has also provided testimony as an expert witness.

Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Ms. Manning was a Managing Director in the Forensic and Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton. She also was a Director in the Financial Consulting Practice at Huron Consulting Group and had previously worked at Arthur Andersen in the audit and disputes consulting practice.

Ms. Manning is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Club of Boston and volunteers her time at their Charlestown and South Boston clubhouses.
