Lisa Snow

LISA SNOW is an Expert Advisor to Floyd Advisory. Ms. Snow is a leading forensic accountant and business valuation expert and has over 25 years of experience providing strategic advice to corporate clients and their legal counsel in litigation, arbitration, as well as on corporate, board and regulatory investigation matters.

Ms. Snow provides expert advice, expert witness testimony, financial valuation, financial damages and accounting analysis in complex commercial disputes and investigations. She has testified in deposition, arbitration as well as trials on numerous occasions and presented strategic, compliance, financial and accounting findings to CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel, lead investigation attorneys, insurers, regulators and corporate boards. She has also performed valuations, income and cash flow analyses as well as financial projections on a wide variety of business and investment assets.

Ms. Snow is the Founder and CEO of Snowbridge Global Advisory, LLC, an advisory firm specializing in empowering business leaders addressing business risks and building forward looking strategies. Prior to founding Snowbridge Global Advisory, LLC, she was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps, LLC (now known as Kroll, LLC). Before joining Duff & Phelps, LLC, she was a Principal at Davis & Hosfield Consulting. She was also previously a Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group and a Partner at Arthur Andersen. She began her career as an Architect at Perkins & Will and Johnson & Wilson Architects.

Ms. Snow holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont, a Master of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, with concentrations in finance and business strategy.
