Eric J. Keresztes
ERIC J. KERESZTES, CPA, CFE, is a Manager at Floyd Advisory with extensive experience in accounting and finance, particularly in complex business disputes, internal investigations, SEC-related matters, white-collar defense, and forensic accounting.
Mr. Keresztes has worked closely with executive management and legal counsel on post-acquisition disputes, fraud investigations, and lost profits and damages analyses. He has supported expert testimony by providing dynamic financial models, investigative accounting, and comprehensive research, helping to clarify complex accounting and financial issues. Additionally, his findings have been presented to government agencies, including the SEC, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor.
Mr. Keresztes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
