Floyd Advisory is pleased to announce that Gregory Wolski, CPA, a nationally recognized accounting expert and arbitrator, will be working with the firm on select mergers & acquisitions transaction related matters as an independent expert advisor.
Most recently, Greg served as a partner with Ernst & Young LLP, where he held several leadership roles including as the firm’s global practice leader for mergers & acquisitions transaction disputes. Notably, Greg has served as an independent arbitrator or as an accounting expert in hundreds of mergers and acquisition matters. As an independent expert advisor, Greg will be available to serve our clients’ expert accounting and arbitrator needs.
