As we celebrate our ten-year anniversary as a firm, it’s a good time for reflection on our past and an opportunity to thank those that have been part of our success.
As a true start-up back in 2009, and working initially from a New York City apartment, the firm immediately secured major clients including top law firms, private equity firms, and Fortune 100 companies. Shortly thereafter, the firm quickly expanded, opening on Fifth Avenue in New York City and in the Financial District of Boston.
Consistent with our Floyd5 guiding principles, we continue to put our clients’ interests first, recruit the best talent, contribute as thought leaders in our profession, serve our clients with unmatched passion and responsiveness, and actively participate in the communities in which we live and work.
Over these last several years, we have been fortunate to be a trusted advisor to our clients, with many being repeat referral sources. We have served well over twenty private equity firms, many Global 1000 companies, and continue to team with the world’s greatest law firms.
