Rachel Seow

RACHEL SEOW, CA (Singapore), CFE, is a Manager at Floyd Advisory. She has several years of forensic accounting experience assisting public and private companies in various industries with high-profile matters. Ms. Seow cultivated her experience during her time working in the Singaporean and Canadian legal systems, developing a broad financial and accounting expertise.

She has worked closely with executive management, judicial managers, and legal counsel on matters involving accounting irregularities, embezzlement, theft, internal process deficiencies and complex disputes. She has investigated Ponzi schemes and round-tripping schemes, assisted with whistleblower complaints and conducted root-cause analyses.

Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Ms. Seow was a Forensic Services Manager at PwC Canada. She previously worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Singapore in a similar practice, after gaining experience and transferring internally from the Real Estate Audit division. Ms. Seow graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Accounting and a specialization in Finance, and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
