ERIC J. KERESZTES, CPA, CFE, is a Manager at Floyd Advisory. He has experience advising executive management, boards of directors, private equity professionals, and legal counsel on complex accounting and financial matters.

Mr. Keresztes has provided forensic accounting and litigation support across various industries, assisting stakeholders in complex business disputes, internal investigations, government inquiries, and remediation efforts. His experience includes False Claims Act investigations, post-acquisition M&A disputes, economic loss calculations, white-collar matters, financial reporting issues, and restatements. His analyses have been presented to government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Department of Labor, and have been used to support expert testimony.

Mr. Keresztes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
