Rebecca Nardi

REBECCA NARDI, CPA is a Manager at Floyd Advisory. She has a broad range of experience that includes financial consulting, technical accounting advisory, and financial analysis and preparation services.

Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Ms. Nardi was a Manager in the Technical Accounting Practice at RSM. She consulted on an array of accounting matters, such as the accounting classification and treatment of complex financial instruments, audit readiness, and new financial accounting standards implementation. Ms. Nardi also analyzed corporate financial controls and assisted with identifying operational risk.

Ms. Nardi began her career at EY in the Tax practice, focusing on domestic and international corporate tax compliance, provisioning, and controls. She was then an Accounting Manager at a public company, responsible for the largest segment’s monthly and quarterly close process and ensuring the accuracy of financial results in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Ms. Nardi was also responsible for developing accounting policies and procedures and ensuring proper consideration and application of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).

Ms. Nardi graduated cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting and Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
