Todd has advised on more than 70 M&A transactions, ranging from $200 million to multi-billion-dollar equity value deals. He provides expertise across the buy-side and sell-side M&A deal continuum. His deep understanding of strategic planning and execution has made him a trusted advisor to private equity firms and corporate leaders navigating complex transactions.

He has extensive experience working with Fortune 100 companies, especially in the high-technology, cybersecurity, and software sectors, assisting investors from opportunity identification to deal execution optimization.
