Robert W. Lashway
ROBERT LASHWAY, CPA, CFF, ABV is a Partner at Floyd Advisory. Mr. Lashway has significant experience advising executive management, company boards, and their counsel on a broad range of accounting, finance, and business valuation matters. Mr. Lashway has worked both in a dispute advisory role as well as performing fraud and financial investigations for clients across numerous industries.
Examples of Mr. Lashway’s experience in dispute advisory include post‐M&A disputes (i.e. working capital and earn‐out disputes), commercial disputes, lost profit & damages analyses, solvency analyses, and matters involving the valuation of privately‐held businesses (including serving as a neutral valuation expert in a dispute forced into mediation).
In fraud and financial investigations, Mr. Lashway has significant experience with SEC and DOJ investigations of public registrants, internal investigations, bankruptcy examiner investigations, white‐collar defense cases, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Lashway has also assisted several SEC‐registrants on large multi‐year financial statement restatements resulting from such investigations.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Lashway was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal in their Dispute Analysis and Forensics group and also worked in the Financial & Economic Consulting practice of Huron Consulting Group. Mr. Lashway started his career in the audit and assurance practice of Arthur Andersen.
