Joel A. Garinkol
JOEL GARINKOL recently joined Floyd Advisory as an Associate. He has experience analyzing business ownership and operating structures, real estate investments, and with designing statistical and financial models of distribution operations and cash flows. His examinations have included general ledger analyses and historical mapping of associate and parent company financials.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mr. Garinkol had been an interdisciplinary lecturer and tutor giving academic presentations in areas including basic financial and economic principles, calculus, international relations, and present-day financial and economic matters for inmate educational programs at correctional facilities. In performing policy research for other areas of the nonprofit sector, Mr. Garinkol provided analyses around various US economic data and developments, internal revenue statistics, national wealth and income distributions, and social and environmental impact investing collected from news articles, national surveys, census reports, public information, legal documents, and other published research.
Mr. Garinkol graduated from Pitzer and Pomona Colleges with Bachelor degrees in both Economics and International Relations. His concentration explored corporate finance through an econometric approach as it relates to international trade and international economic regulation. He was an editor of the Claremont Journal of International Relations and a senior contributing writer covering political thought, global events, and U.S. foreign policy.
