Amanda K. Collins
AMANDA COLLINS, CPA, CFE, is a Manager at Floyd Advisory. Mrs. Collins has a wide range of experience in accounting and forensic investigative topics that include valuations, revenue recognition, pre-acquisition due diligence, analyses on underlying financial and accounting documents, and net working capital calculations. She has worked on cases that include pre-sale risk mitigation, special investigations, working capital disputes, and purchase price adjustment disputes. Mrs. Collins has worked with private equity clients and has experience in various industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and communications technology.
Prior to joining Floyd Advisory, Mrs. Collins worked as a Private Equity fund accountant at J.P. Morgan Chase. She also has two years of experience in public accounting, where she concentrated on audit, review, compilation and tax engagements. Mrs. Collins earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
